BBC REALITY SLATE FOR THE YEAR AHEAD, NEW AND RETURNING TITLES

The BBC have revealed the new and returning reality titles airing this year and early next year.

Celebrity Traitors

The multi-award-winning hit psychological game format The Traitors, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, has been commissioned for a fourth series as well as a nine-part celebrity version. Since the series debuted on BBC One and BBC iPlayer in 2022, the show has established a 100% faithful audience. A breakout hit at series one, series two saw phenomenal growth with 46m views on BBC iPlayer and an average of 8.1m views per episode.

Destination X

Merging fantasy with reality in this larger-than-life adventure competition series, hosted by Rob Brydon, viewers will follow contestants as they embark on the road trip of a lifetime but have no idea where they are. In order to win, they must figure out their mystery locations.

Once they're on the blacked-out Destination X bus, the journey transforms into a real-life boardgame with challenges designed to offer clever clues as to their location, along with a few misdirects to keep them, and the viewers, always guessing.

Race Across The World

Leaving behind their smartphones, internet access and bank cards, the race will test the five teams like never before, pushing them to both their physical and emotional limits. But with their feet on the ground, and their eyes wide open the rewards will be great, and the memories will be everlasting. Only one team can emerge victorious as they all vie to be first and claim the cash prize of £20,000.

Stranded On Honeymoon Island

On remote beaches, fledgling relationships are soon put to the test as the couples live out their honeymoon together and fend for themselves with few resources. Together they must communicate and collaborate to get by, with nowhere to run when the going gets tough. Will an escape from modern life bring them closer together or push them apart? Will it lead to love or loathing? Davina McCall will guide the singles through their journey as their marriages are put to the test.

The Celebrity Apprentice

The ambitious celebrity candidates will take on a tough challenge set by The Apprentice supremo as they battle it out in two rival teams to raise as much money as possible for Children In Need. With Lord Sugar expecting them to pull out all the stops, some of the candidates rope in their famous friends in an effort to get the upper-hand and make their event extra-special.
