BIG BROTHER TONIGHT: THURSDAY 24th OCTOBER 2024
Here's a rundown of what to expect in tonight's episode of Big Brother, which continues on ITV2 and ITVX.
BAKED POTATO AND SARAH ARE SET A SECRET MISSION
Big Brother invites Baked Potato and Sarah to the Diary Room to inform them of a secret mission, Big Brother says: “You must spread a rumour throughout the house that Nathan is in fact a multimillionaire who owns his own super yacht. The Housemate who you tell the rumour to has to spread it to someone else and at least half of the house must hear the rumour.”
Baked Potato is confident in her and Sarah’s abilities as she says: “OK, we can do it.”
As they both decide which Housemate to plant the rumour with, Big Brother adds: “You also need to come up with a story about how Nathan made his millions.”
With only an hour to pass the task will they manage to convince the Housemates?
Baked Potato and Sarah decide to spread the rumour via Martha, as they catch up with her in the bathroom Sarah says: “Remember when we were all out last night and everybody was drinking, something kind of came out.”
Martha gasps: “What?”
Sarah explains: “Someone said they’d met a celebrity and Nathan was like ‘I’ve met Richard Branson once and then he said oh yeah it was on my yacht.”
In their attempt to convince Martha in order to pass the secret mission Sarah continues: “I was like, you what? Then he said ‘nothing’, I said you definitely just said yacht then and he was like no, no I don’t want to say.”
Baked Potato interjects: “He’s a f*cking millionaire!”
Sarah adds: “He’s a multimillionaire.”
Further embellishing the story as the second part of their secret mission Sarah says: “The meat company he works for are family shares and he was given shares as a very young kid and they’ve all accumulated.”
As the conversation continues, Baked Potato decides to add some other details to their elaborate rumour as she says: “And…sex parties.”
Martha asks: “On the yacht?”
With Martha seemingly falling for the false story, shortly after, Nathan enters the bathroom and asks: “Is everything alright?”
Unbeknownst to Nathan he is at the centre of today’s secret mission but will his arrival in the bathroom abort the secret mission blowing Baked Potato and Sarah’s cover?
EMMA AND HANAH SHARES THEIR THOUGHTS ON LILY
Whilst sitting on the sofa with Emma, Hanah shares her thoughts on Lily as she says: “She’s acting the way she’s acting because she’s up for the running to win.”
Emma says: “I think a lot of it’s an act, I just think she’s thought, I can take on that little bit, not trying to be but a version of that kind of a character.”
Emma asks Hanah: “I couldn’t live with that, could you live with that in your house?”
As the conversation continues, Emma says: “No, no I can’t, I can’t deal with it no more, if she screams at me one more time I’m going to bite her head off.”
HOUSEMATES DISCUSS THE UPCOMING EVICTION AND GAME PLAY
Nathan, Dean, Ali, Baked Potato and Lily gather upstairs on the mezzanine as they look down onto the rest of the housemates and this week's eviction board.
As Lily mentions Segun, Nathan comments: “He’s so nicely boring. If I go, then it’s me and Iz, if I don’t then it’s Marcello and Khaled.”
Baked Potato says: “I think it’s Iz and Khaled going.”
Later on Marcello joins Lily, Baked Potato and Nathan upstairs as they discuss Big Brother’s gallery challenge as Lily reveals the reasons behind her decision to smash Emma’s portrait.
Nathan says: “You’re very smart Lily.”
Baked Potato adds: “Smarter than you let on.”
Lily agrees as she says: “I think a lot of people underestimate me.”
Marcello decides to leave the conversation as he says: “I don’t like these conversations”
Going back downstairs to the living room, Marcello speaks to Segun, Thomas and Khaled as he says: “Yo, you man was right. There’s games being played serious sh*t. I had to leave that conversation because it made me feel sick. Games being played big time.”
Meanwhile upstairs, Lily, Nathan, Baked Potato and Dean rate the Housemates most to least fake.
As Lily shares her thoughts, Nathan says:“Oh bloody hell, this is a good conversation.”
