BRITAIN GET SINGING TO RETURN FOR SECOND SPECIAL ON ITV

Britain Get Singing is set to return for a second special later this year on ITV, TV Zone can reveal.
Britain Get Singing, which supports ITV’s groundbreaking mental health campaign Britain Get Talking, will return later this year following the success of last year's episode which aired over the Christmas period.
Hosted by Roman Kemp, the tv events sees a number of groups comprised of stars from TV’s biggest shows go head-to-head in a spectacular sing-off. Taking to the stage, the groups will put their vocal prowess to the test as they look to impress the studio audience and Super Panel made up of some of TV’s most iconic judges.
The judges last year were The Voice UK’s will.i.am, Britain’s Got Talent’s Alesha Dixon and Starstruck’s Adam Lambert and Jason Manford. ITV have not confirmed who will be hosting or judging this year's event.
Last year's show included teams of celebs from Emmerdale, Coronation Street, Loose Women, The Chase and Love Island.
Shining a light on the importance of looking after mental wellbeing by connecting with others, this star-studded special will also feature inspiring clips in which the stars discuss their own experiences of mental health.
