THE CHRIS & ROSIE RAMSEY SHOW SHELVED BY BBC AFTER TWO SERIES

The Chris & Rosie Ramsey Show has reportedly been shelved after two series by the BBC.

The show is based on the duo's hit podcast Sh*gged Married Annoyed. Each week, Chris & Rosie welcomed a celebrity couple to the studio to chat about their relationship and take part in various rounds.

The show also featured the studio audience who have a chance to share their own beefs and compete to rid themselves of something their loved one just won’t remove from the house in, It Goes Or I Go, which memorably saw a surprise guest appearance from Ronan Keating to help smash up a contestant’s precious Boyzone memorabilia.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "The BBC absolutely love Chris and Rosie, they're a hilariously entertaining duo but most importantly, real. They want to continue producing The Chris and Rosie Ramsey Show for audiences but due to schedule clashes they can't make it work right now...

"While the show has been paused for now, behind-the-scenes the BBC are continuing to look at ways the show can continue with [production company] Avalon."

The Chris & Rosie Ramsey Show was produced by Avalon for the BBC.
