FOR THE LOVE OF DOGS WITH ALISON HAMMOND SET FOR SECOND SERIES ON ITV

Alison Hammond is set to return to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home for a second series on ITV, according to reports.

This Morning host Hammond took over from the late Paul O'Grady following his death in 2022 to help the animals in care look for a new place to live. The first series aired on ITV1 earlier this year, with the second series expected in 2025.

With more abandoned and stray dogs in need of care than ever, Alison tells the stories of some of the latest arrivals at Battersea before rolling up her sleeves and helping the expert staff and volunteers to take care of the animals and get them ready for their potential new owners.
