FOR THE LOVE OF DOGS WITH ALISON HAMMOND RENEWED FOR SECOND SERIES ON ITV

Alison Hammond will return return to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home for a second six-episode series on ITV next Spring.

This Morning host Hammond took over from the late Paul O'Grady following his death in 2022 to help the animals in care look for a new place to live. The first series aired on ITV1 earlier this year, with a Christmas special expected to air later this year.

With more abandoned and stray dogs in need of care than ever, Alison tells the stories of some of the latest arrivals at Battersea before rolling up her sleeves and helping the expert staff and volunteers to take care of the animals and get them ready for their potential new owners.
