HUW EDWARDS: DOCUMENTARY ON DISGRACED FORMER BBC NEWSREADER IN DEVELOPMENT

A documentary on disgraced former BBC News presenter Huw Edwards is reportedly in development at production company Blast Films, according to reports from The Sun newspaper.

A source told The Sun: "There is a long line of people who claim to have suffered as a result of Huw’s behaviour. This will see many of them speaking on screen for the first time and it’s likely to produce some particularly shocking new revelations."

In April of this year when Huw resigned form the BBC - and before the charges were made public - a BBC spokesperson said: "Huw Edwards has today resigned and left the BBC. After 40 years of service, Huw has explained that his decision was made on the basis of medical advice from his doctors. The BBC has accepted his resignation which it believes will allow all parties to move forward..."
