LOVE ISLAND TONIGHT: SUNDAY 23 JUNE 2024

Here's a rundown of what happens on tonight's episode of Love Island, which continues on ITV2 and ITVX.

TIFFANY FEELS SOMETHING IS MISSING WITH RONNIE

As night falls on the Villa, Tiffany expresses hope she is feeling to Ronnie.

Tiffany says: “I feel like me and you is going well but I feel like it’s missing something but I didn’t want you to be annoyed...do you now feel like we get on really well and have a laugh but how do you feel?”

Ronnie says: “It’s just started between us, no? We’ve got that attraction, we have a good chat, we’re touchy feely…in three  or four days how many kisses have we had?”

Catching Ronnie off guard, will Tiffany decide to give him more time or will she start to turn her attention elsewhere?

JOEY ISN’T IMPRESSED WITH OMAR

Hearing from Grace that Omar has been exploring a connection with her, Joey is keen to chat to Omar and get to the bottom of the situation.

Pulling Omar for a chat, Joey says: “Obviously mate, you’ve got to understand I am hearing things…Grace has told me you’ve said a few things. She’s told you to behave….apparently you’ve been flirting with her.”

Omar interrupts: “But at the same time I’m going about my business…then I’m asking what’s been said and I ain’t being told what’s been said. So, that’s annoying me even more now…”

Joey says: “I’m not trying to embarrass you.”

Omar says: “But in the same breath you’re saying it’s no competition, it's no competition and I’m thinking, I ain’t even trying to compete with you. Why did you say it then?”

With the two speaking one on one, Joey understands where Omar is coming from as they hug it out.

As Grace watches from afar, how will she and Joey navigate this bump in the road?

MAYA SHOCKS THE ISLANDERS WITH A SURPRISE ENTRANCE

Strutting into the Villa, Maya Jama makes a surprise entrance. Maya says: “Hello my loves. Did you miss me? Can you meet me by the firepit please?”

Standing in front of the Islanders, Maya says: “Well, I didn’t come just to get all of the tea. I’ve got some very important news. The public have been voting for their favourite couple. The couple with the fewest votes are at risk of being dumped from the Island.”

Maya continues: “Matilda and Konnor as the newest Islanders you are exempt from the public vote but can the rest of you please stand up now.”

How have the public voted and what consequences await the Villa?

Love Island airs Sun-Fri at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
