NO PLACE LIKE HOME: CHANNEL 5 RUSH OUT AMANDA ABBINGTON EPISODE

In a last minute schedule change, announced this morning (Thu 25th July), Channel 5 are to air Amanda Abbington's episode of No Place Like Home tonight at 7pm.

The episode will see Abbington, who continues to be in the headlines after raising concerns about the treatment of celebrities - including herself - on Strictly Come Dancing, return to home in Potters Bar, finding out about local suffragette activity and how a WW1 German Zeppelin airship was shot down nearby.

Each episode sees a celebrity learning more about themselves and the places they called ‘home’ as they explore the areas that made them. Other celebrities across the series include JJ Chalmers, Chris Kamara, Victoria Derbyshire, Fern Britton and Ben Miller.

Amanda Abbington: No Place Like Home airs Thursday 25th July at 7pm on Channel 5.
