BBC comedy Man Like Mobeen is returning to Small Heath for a fifth and final series.

Guz Khan (Army of Thieves, The Bubble) returns as the notorious lead character Mobeen, alongside Tolu Ogunmefun (Don’t Jealous Me) as Nate and Perry Fitzpatrick (Line of Duty, Sherwood) as Harper.
Across the six new episodes, which will air on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer, the series promises an epic finale. Mobeen is back on the outside and reunited with the gang in Small Heath, before embarking on an epic adventure overseas, if Mobeen can get his hands on a plane ticket and a fake passport that is.
Mobeen is desperate to save Aqsa from Uncle Khan – but can he even get hold of a passport or a plane ticket to the UAE? Before long, a familiar face forces him into a series of bad decisions involving an Irish gangster and the Turkish mafia. Eventually, he teams up with Uncle Shady, but will he persuade the rest of his friends to join him? And can he save Aqsa and secure a future for them all?

In the second episode, Nida turns up at the restaurant and ruins the Leila deal. She offers to get a fake passport for Mobeen but first she needs him to steal something from the Turks. Mobeen enlists help from Uncle Shady and borrows a big drill, but will it be enough to dig his way out of trouble? And can he keep it the whole thing a secret from Nate and Harper?
Cast also returning include Salman Akhtar (Lootin’) as Saj, Duaa Karim (DI Ray) as Mobeen’s younger sister Aqsa, Mark Silcox (Mandy) as the true OG Uncle Shady, Korkmaz Arslan (My Sweet Pepper Land) as Turkish barber Emre, and Hussina Raja (Informer) as Mobeen’s crush Nida.
Man Like Mobeen returns Thursday 1st May on BBC Three and iPlayer.
