The Apprentice again beat Britain's Got Talent to the top stop, with the former reaching 5,394,000 for its penultimate episode. Britain's Got Talent continued with 5,243,000 on Saturday night, followed by 4,753,000 for The 1% Club.
In drama, Grace topped the week with 5,100,000 on Sunday night, with Ten Pound Poms and This City Is Ours opposite on BBC One with 3,115,000 and 3,500,000 respectively. Beyond Paradise was the BBC's biggest drama of the week with 4,970,000.
Doctor Who returned for its second series with Ncuti Gatwa in the title role to 3,571,000 on Saturday. The new series launched out of the grand final of Gladiators which was watched by 3,945,000. Figures for new BBC One drama Reunion and the return of Black Mirror on Netflix are not available, meaning they both consolidated to fewer than 2.2m viewers.
Celebrity Big Brother returned to ITV1 with 2,705,000 for its launch show on Monday night, followed by 2,597,000, 2,578,000, 2,362,000, 2,366,000 and 2,211,000 across the week.
Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr was watched by 2,566,000 on BBC One whilst Stacey & Joe continued with 2,780,000 and Bradley & Barney Walsh with 2,807,000.
In soaps, Coronation Street topped the week with 4,283,000 on Monday night, Emmerdale hit a high on Friday night with 3,864,000 and EastEnders's most watched episode was Wednesday night with 3,716,000. Casualty continued with 2,879,000 on Saturday night.
