RATINGS REPORT: 08-14 JULY 2024

To no surprise, the concluding stages of Euro 2024 dominated the week. Overall, England's final against Spain was the most watched with 11,703,000 on BBC One and 4,132,000 on ITV1. England's semi-final was watched by 13,223,000 exclusively on ITV1. The first semi-final was watched by 8,814,000 on BBC One on Tuesday night.

Long Lost Family returned to ITV with 2,797,000 on Monday night. The Great British Sewing Bee continued on BBC One with 3,367,000, Celebrity Gogglebox with 2,817,000 and Love Island's biggest audience was 2,460,000 on Friday night.

Australian drama High Country debuted with 2,824,000 on Saturday night on BBC One, with acquired drama The Turkish Detective continuing with 2,365,000 on BBC Two. Casualty continued with 2,465,000.

In soaps, Coronation Street hit a high on Monday night with 4,245,000, Emmerdale had its highest audience of the week on Thursday evening with 3,948,000 and EastEnders with 3,301,000 also on Thursday night.

Figures for A Good Girl's Guide To Murder and The Night Caller were unavailable at time of writing.
