RATINGS REPORT: 24-30 JUNE 2024

As expected, Euro 2024 dominated TV viewing this week. The most watched games were England v Slovakia (11,797,000), England v Slovenia (9,665,000) and Spain v Georgia (6,959,000) - all broadcast on ITV.



New ITV comedy drama from Steven Moffat, Douglas Is Cancelled, starring Hugh Bonneville and Karen Gillan, launches on Thursday night with a consolidated audience of 3,310,000.


In soaps, Coronation Street hit a high of 4,207,000 on Friday night, Emmerdale with 3,900,000 on Thursday night and EastEnders' most watch episode was also Thursday night with 3,120,000.



The BBC's Prime Ministerial debate was watched by 2,936,000 on Wednesday night. Glastonbury was watched by 3,506,000 on Saturday night from 10pm, and The Great British Sewing Bee was watched by 3,502,000 on Tuesday night.


Celebrity Gogglebox continued with 2,558,000, Love Island hit a high on Thursday night with 2,443,000 and Long Lost Family: Born Without Trace - What Happened Next was watched by 2,283,000 on Monday night.
