THE FINISH LINE: DAYTIME QUIZ SET FOR THIRD SERIES ON BBC ONE
Daytime quiz The Finish Line is set for a third series on BBC One, with applications now open for those looking to take part. For more details, click here.
Roman Kemp, with sidekick Sarah Greene, returns to host the quiz show where contestants race in moving podiums across the studio floor. Correct answers get the players moving, while wrong answers will stop them in their tracks.
Five contestants battle across a series of fast-paced qualifiers and head-to-head races, where the aim of the game is simple – make it to the finish line before your rivals. The winner then races against the track itself in an attempt to win the £5,000 cash prize.
Knowledge equals speed and the more you know, the further you go. In each episode, hosted by Roman and assisted by Sarah, contestants will battle across a series of qualifiers and head-to-head races for the chance to win a cash prize. The aim of the game is simple - make it to the finish line before your rivals.
The Finish Line is commissioned for BBC One and BBC iPlayer by Rob Unsworth, Head of BBC Daytime and Early Peak. The Commissioning Editor is Alex McLeod. The Finish Line is produced with funding from Northern Ireland Screen by Potato, in partnership with Nice One Productions. The series is executive produced by Potato’s Michael Kelpie, Adam Adler and Nice One’s Chris Jones.
The Finish Line is available on BBC iPlayer.
