TRUMP'S INAUGURATION: UK BROADCASTERS CONFIRM PRESENTING LINE-UP AND SCHEDULES

UK broadcasters have revealed their plans to cover the US inauguration as Donald Trump is sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.



BBC

Special coverage begins at midday on the BBC News Channel and iPlayer with Sumi Somaskanda and Caitríona Perry. They will be joined by BBC correspondents across the US and around the world, led by North America Editor Sarah Smith and Senior North America Correspondent Gary O’Donoghue, and notable guests for expert analysis and commentary.


At 3.30pm Clive Myrie and Sophie Raworth pick up on BBC One and iPlayer as the main inauguration ceremony begins, they will be joined Katty Kay, Sumi Somaskanda and a panel of experts.



ITV

In a special programme on ITV1, airing 4-6pm, Tom Bradby will be live from Washington as Donald Trump is sworn in as the 47th President of the United States. That day's episode of Deal Or No Deal will air at the earlier time of 3pm.


SKY

Sky News chief presenter Mark Austin and lead world news presenter Yalda Hakim will be live from Washington as Donald Trump is sworn in as the 47th President of the United States, they will be joined by expert guests and correspondents.



GB NEWS

Michelle Dewbury and Martin Daubney will host live coverage of Trump's Presidential inauguration. From the swearing-in ceremony to the celebrations, GB News will be there to capture every moment.


Trump Inauguration takes place on Monday 20th January.
